Jennifer Fay Boyle Spence and Brian Christopher Jenkins have announced their engagement to be wed at The New Englander in New Castle on July 5, 2008.

The bride-to-be is a Student Services Specialist and part-time instructor at Butler Community College.  A graduate of Wilmington Area High School, she received a Bachelor’s in Education from Penn State University and a Master’s in Education from Slippery Rock University.  Her parents are William and Penny Boyle of New Wilmington.

The groom-to-be lives in Cathedral City, California and is an Elementary School Teacher at Palm Springs Unified School.  He also is a graduate of Wilmington Area High School and received his Bachelor’s in Education from Penn State University and a Master’s in Administration from California State University.  His parents are Lloyd and Carol Jenkins of Tidioute, Pa.
